Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Hei Gu purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns: You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we can exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return/Exchange:

Once approved, please ship the item(s) back to the address provided.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
